We get that. You want to be sure you're in the right place. Below, we answer the most frequently asked questions about collections, our process and what you can expect.

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with a brief tutorial.

Using the login information in that email, you can get started right away. Read the manual, follow the steps and enter your first collection file.

Once you’ve saved everything, we’ll check your invoice and documents. Then we start working for you right away.

You can view your file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There you can see outstanding invoices and progress, so you always know where you stand.

Of course, you can file a one-time collection case with us; you’re not locked into a contract or subscription. Try it out!

In doing so, we do not charge filing fees, start-up fees, success fees or other hidden costs. We provide all our services on the basis of 100% No Cure No Pay.

No, the amount of your outstanding invoice does not matter to us. You can use our collection system free of charge whether you submit one or more invoices, we always do so on the basis of 100% No Cure, No Pay. You run no cost risk.

Yes, but not in all cases. Alimony and family cases we do not handle. Rent cases and money loans do.

Important to know: we won’t do anything without a signed agreement or lease. Without written proof, we cannot take your case.

Yes, you can. For bulk collections, there are three options:

  1. You provide the data via an Excel file. We upload this file into the system for you.
  2. You use our API connection. This supports web services, web hooks and Single Sign-On (SSO), among other things. This makes data exchange faster and easier.

After creating your account, you can contact us. We will then open the API connection for you. Full documentation can be found in your online portal.
