Paying bills? Here's what you can do

Have you received a letter or e-mail from us about an outstanding account? Then you want to know: what should I do now? On this page you can read step by step what you can do. You can pay, request a settlement or let us know that you disagree with the bill.

Pay bill

First, check that the bill is correct and that you may have already paid it. Have you not paid yet or had you forgotten the bill? Then pay the outstanding amount as soon as possible. That way you can avoid extra costs. You can pay safely and quickly via our online payment system.

Paying through the online web portal

In our online web portal you can see your file and the amount you still have to pay. Through this portal you can also pay immediately. Our letter or e-mail contains your login details and a clear explanation of how to log in.

Can't pay for everything at once?

Can't pay the whole amount at once? That may happen. Then ask for a payment plan. Choose an amount at a time that you can really spare, so that you can keep the arrangements.

Requesting a payment plan can be done in two ways

  • Send us an email with your request and put in how much you want to pay at a time and when.
  • Submit a request in our online web portal for a payment plan that suits your situation.

Together we will look for a solution that is feasible for you.

Disagree with the bill?

Do you disagree with the bill? For example, because in your opinion the work was not done properly, or because you feel that no clear agreement was made? Then please let us know as soon as possible.

It can be done in these ways:

  • Send us an e-mail and calmly explain why you think the bill is incorrect. If possible, include evidence, such as notices, contracts or photos.
  • Upload your explanation (your defense) and any supporting documents in our online web portal.

Always keep a copy of what you send to us, plus proof that you sent it. That way you keep a clear record yourself.

Are you under guardianship or debt relief?

Are you under administration or receiving help with your debts? Then it is important that we know who is helping you. This way we can consult directly with your administrator or social worker and keep as much peace in your situation as possible.

You can submit this data in two ways:

  • In our web portal, fill out the special form with the details of your trustee or debt counselor.
  • Send us an email with the name, contact information and organization of your administrator or social worker.

With this information, we can better take into account your situation and try to avoid additional costs and unnecessary pressure.

Help with money worries

Do you notice that finances are becoming increasingly difficult? Are you no longer able to pay all your bills on time or have you lost track of what's going on? You are not the only one. The sooner you ask for help, the greater the chance that you will regain control of your money.

When is it right to ask for help?

  • You push bills forward because you are short of money
  • You no longer open mail or dare not log in to your bank
  • You often worry about money or sleep badly because of it

Do you recognize this? Let us know. Together we will see what is possible, such as a payment plan or a referral to an organization that will help you further.
